The dining table only seats four. I think 10 is awful early for checkout to start with. When I look for hotels I always check how late checkout is and that weighs heavy on my decision. I would also add charming and extremely clean! The listing was very accurate. We stayed for 5 nights and for the most part, our needs were met, but for an extended stay the kitchen could use more essentials like measuring spoons, baking sheets, pans, more utensils, a coffee maker (not just a keurig), etc. It would also be nice if more furniture was added to the living room which is lacking for a house that sleeps 6\. The outdoor space is great with a nice deck and fun fire pit which we used a lot. Overall, a great value and high quality house. ##### Colleen N.
