« Idéalement situé : à 5 min à pied des remparts de la vieille ville. York est splendide à visiter ! L'accès à la Guest House est simple et les indications des hôtes sont parfaites. Les hôtes sont charmants et chaleureux avec de petites attentions bien agréables (dans la chambre : fleurs fraîches, tranches de gâteaux, bouteilles d'eau, plan de la ville et de nombreuses indications pour visiter, se restaurer, etc.) Le breakfast est de très bonne qualité et plus varié que d'habitude (+ toasts de...

« The room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. Access was easy using the door enrty codes provided. Wifi was good and easy to log onto. The Guest house was also vey quiet, with no disturbances. I used the breakfast room before I left, and ate granola, greek yoghurt and blueberries with a Coffee latte. These were dispensed from a vending machine, but were fresh and tasted lovely. Bowls, mugs and cuttlery were available. The staff I met were also friendly and chatty. I would highly recommend...

"Hôtel correct mais ne correspond pas aux standards d'un 4\*. Il n'y avait pas de rampe pour les valises. Les personnes à l'accueil étaient très agréables lors de notre arrivée mais plutôt désagréables lors de notre départ. La douche n'est pas pratique, n'ayant pas de pommeau, et il n'y avait qu'un bonnet de bain pour deux. Le chrome cast était défaillant. La vue et la literie étaient agréables."

"Ils ont prélevé l’argent le jour avant mon arrivée, malgré avoir indiqué paiement à l’hôtel sur le site Hotels.com. Il n’y avait pas d’articles de toilette dans la chambre sous prétexte de sauver la planète, pas de biscuits non plus. C’est assez loin du centre et très cher. Le personnel était agréable et le petit déjeuner correcte."

"A really charming old inn. We've had a lovely time here, the staff was so kind and helpfull. The room was comfy and lovely. The inn is close to the city center, we did everything by foot. We would definitely come back again. :)"
