« I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bathroom was great with hot water running quickly, which I really appreciated after a long day! The staff were absolutely wonderful and super helpful. One moment that stood out: we arrived about 15 minutes before breakfast ended, and even though most of the food was gone, the team kindly cooked more bacon and smashed potatoes just for us. Such a thoughtful and kind gesture!! A small downside:...

"À première vue, l’hôtel et les avis semblaient prometteurs. Malheureusement, notre séjour a été très décevant, surtout au regard du prix. Dès l’arrivée dans la chambre, j’ai constaté que les fenêtres étaient mal scellées : la condensation coulait directement dans la chambre, l’isolation était insuffisante et le froid se faisait fortement sentir, au point où nous n’avons même pas ouvert les rideaux. La première soirée, nous avons dû changer de chambre puisque la télévision ne fonctionnait pas (impossible de se connecter à Netflix/Prime Video). Dans la deuxième chambre, le drain de la douche était bouché, rempli de saletés et visiblement non nettoyé. Le troisième jour, la femme de chambre n’est pas passée comme prévu et nous avons dû réclamer des serviettes à l’accueil, avec beaucoup de difficulté. Pour couronner le tout, nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude pour les douches le soir, ni le lendemain matin. Le personnel était sympathique mais plusieurs frais additionnels ont rendu l’expérience encore plus décevante : stationnement à 11 $US/jour, Wi-Fi à 10 $US/jour, et des bouteilles d’eau à 2 $US chacune. Bref, un séjour qui ne correspond pas aux attentes ni au coût demandé. Je ne recommande pas."
