You will be charged for any resulting damages and reinstallation costs. ★Appliances & Maintenance★ • Please use appliances responsibly. Misuse or damage may result in additional fees. • Do not overload the washer or dryer. Clean out the lint trap after each use. • If something breaks or stops working, report it immediately so we can resolve it quickly. • If we dispatch maintenance and the issue is due to user error or the item is working properly, a $75 service call fee will be charged. ★Left Behind Items★ If any personal items are left behind, there will be a $25 fee plus shipping and travel costs to have them delivered or returned to you.
