Late check-outs will incur a fee of $65 per hour. All amenities were there. Michael was patience and very prompt in regards to my questions. The location was close to restaurants and activities. We all felt safe and secure in the neighborhood. The owners made it a point to preserve the history of the house when they renovated and it's beautiful - there's original brickwork and beams, and they recycled other materials from buildings in the area. It's fairly close to downtown and restaurants in Ohio City are a short walk away. This is the second VRBO we've done in the area and this one is our favorite so far - we'll be back! ##### Becca S. It is as beautiful as the pictures show, it's walking distance to several great places and is stocked with all of the essentials.
