The hot tub was clean and ready to use and the whole house was clean and smelled fresh. There were a few issues that we encountered. For one, the kitchen sink had a bad leak that we discovered after trying to wash some dishes. It seemed like the homeowner knew about the leak because upon inspection under the sink they had left a few paper towels down to negate the flooding. Also, on our last night, we awoke to a loud scratching sound coming from somewhere in the kitchen. It turns out a rodent of some kind had found one of our snacks and had torn into the box and left a mess on the floor.
