Newly Updated Modern Style Farmhouse with Fishing Pond Access!

This gorgeous 5-bedroom, 2 full bath home is a great open space for larger families to gather together. The home is nestled off of our private farm road. We are only 30 minutes from the Ocoee, and 20 minutes from Historic Downtown Cleveland, making this a great location for anyone looking to enjoy the countryside, while still being local to town.

Our guests often boast about how peaceful their visits to our farm have been. Each morning you can expect a greeting from songbirds, and a possible dancing show from the wild turkey flock.

From our hiking trail to a stocked fishing pond, there is always something exciting to do.

Visitors have full access to a stocked fishing pond for catch and release. General Fishing Gear, a portable tackle box, Lawn chairs and poles are provided for your convenience.

We are pet friendly. Feel free to bring along your furry friend(s) to enjoy the adventure with you! We provide potty bags, and a separate outdoor trash can to dispose of all pet discard. We ask that all pets be leashed when walking the farm as a courtesy and safety precaution to other guests.

Horse pasture Board and/or stall boarding is available and must be discussed prior to making your reservation.
Current Coggins will be requested.

We encourage adventure and exploring on our farm. Please avoid entering any fenced areas where the gates are not open for access.

We are a family owned and operated ranch. At any given time, you can spot grazing goats, horses, free range chickens and fowl.

We have two additional homes on the farm available for your reservation. Feel free to ask about them.

Check-ins and check-outs are contactless, and details are provided a week prior to your arrival date.

We take pride in our approach of Southern Hospitality and do our best to go the extra mile for our visitors. If you have special requests, or additional questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

The pictures don't do the property justice, the place is beautiful! Only draw back is no outside lighting from the carport and additional fans in the house would have been nice. Would recommend to others

Great little hideaway

It was a fantastic place out in the country. We had a great time. It was quiet. The pond was right next to the house and kids had a blast fishing. Place was great. Saw and heard all the wildlife.

The Farmhouse by the Pond was perfect for our family. All one floor made it easy to navigate with older parents. The kids loved it as well because there was lots of room to explore. The house is extremely well outfitted and perfect to enjoy!

We came for a family wedding and had 6 adults. Everyone had their own nice room except for the one married couple who were in the nice MBR. Peaceful place. We didn't have a lot of time to hang out there but would have been a nice place to do so!

Great stay!

We absolutely loved staying at the Farmhouse by the pond. The house was great! It had lots of room for us to spread out and have our own space. My sons and grandsons loved going fishing in the pond. And overall it was just so quiet and peaceful! Being a farm girl as well as an introvert, it was really nice to get out of the city after doing some touristy things in Chattanooga and get back to the country!

Wish we could have stayed longer.

We really loved this house. The property is beautiful. We were there for 2 nights for a wrestling tournament so we didn’t have time to explore and enjoy the property as much as I would have liked. We had excellent communication with our host. They were quick to respond and react to our needs. Just a tip for anyone staying here: there are no food storage containers, foil, ziplock bags, etc. if you’re going to need them bring them. Otherwise we didn’t need for anything.

Beautiful country side

My family and I stayed in this home for Labor Day weekend. The house is just as the photos show. It is very pretty inside. We were going to go into Chattanooga daily for the attractions there. If you don’t mind a drive, then this is the house for you. We live in the country about 30 minutes from the closest town so it was perfect for us. We also wanted to feel very safe in our location. Chattanooga can be sketchy in places. The manager of the property communicated very well and took care of our needs in a prompt manner. Great getaway!

Beautiful location. Wonderful stay

We stayed here during a wedding with several members of our family. The house was wonderful, much larger than we even expected. Kitchen was very well stocked. It's in a beautiful location and we loved the peacefulness of the surroundings. The owner was excellent at quickly getting back to us for any questions or problems, including once where we accidentally misplaced the keys. They were very understanding and helpful with whatever we needed. Would highly recommend!
