It had everything we needed. Scenic views from the large living room windows. Check in and check out were simple. Free street parking was readily available. Great communication with the host. We were in Cleveland for a Browns game, and the stadium was only about a 20 minute walk away. Fun trip, and great accommodations. We will stay again the next time we are in town. ##### Christiana W. I’m prone to headaches and very sensitive to even subtle smells. The unit is smoking free and I could tell it was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Host was exceptional in being willing to give us a partial refund and being very warm and professional in responding. He was always kind and understanding. The beds were amazingly comfortable! I LOVED setting on the balcony and watching the boats going in and out. We came in town for the Eric Clapton concert. My significant other has terminal cancer and comfort is a priority. The parking was close and easy to get near the doors. The building is secure and we felt very safe. Front entrance is easiest for accessibility, but easiest parking for us was in back with construction going on. The beds were comfy and plenty of pillows were provided. I tend to be a little on the picky side, I don't require "fancy" but cleanliness and comfort are paramount and the Boathouse provided us with both. The host was quick to answer any questions and was very friendly and welcoming via messages. I will say that if anyone has mobility issues, there is some walking involved..just an fyi. There's construction currently at the front of the building and there is a parking lot but it can be a haul if you bring a lot of things with you. It was not an issue for us personally, and there is elevators to access the unit. But just wanted to add that for someone with a walker or very limited walking ability it may be a little struggle. I have something called POTS and have been dealing with a sciatica flare but still managed okay. The security at the front desk was quite friendly. Overall we were fairly impressed and the Boathouse was even better than we thought it would be. You really cannot beat the view and it was perfect for watching the Jacob's Field fireworks. ##### Shauna B.
