We were drawn to this property based on the strong reviews, but unfortunately, our experience did not match the expectations set by the listing.The windows were extremely dirty, making it hard to see outside, and a groundhog was living under the back deck just outside the door. The kitchen was poorly equipped for actual use — it lacked storage for pantry items and had no real counter or prep space. The bathroom was very small, the water pressure in the shower was weak, and the shower floor was quite slippery, creating a safety risk.We also noticed cleaning chemicals stored in the same cupboards as pots and pans, which was concerning. The towels, sheets, and pillows were not as described in the listing — they felt more like budget replacements than what was advertised.To add to the discomfort, the owner asked us not to post any public comments unless we were leaving a 5-star review. That kind of request undermines trust in the review system, and we believe future guests deserve an honest and complete picture.With some attention to detail and a more accurate listing, this could be a decent rental.

Wonderful location, the owner anticipated our needs and sent over any necessary information, such as Wi-Fi and entry code, in a timely manner. The home was very clean. Although we didn't utilize the kitchen, it had every amenity needed. Washer and dryer access in the basement was a plus as well. I highly recommend!

Brian was quick to communicate all necessary information and quick to respond to questions! His place was located on a quiet little street and it was in a great location. The house had everything we needed and was cozy and clean. Thanks for the stay Brian!
