We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee. ✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost. ✹Our space includes a laptop-friendly workspace with a table, comfortable seating, and easy access to power outlets—perfect for remote work or catching up on emails. ★★ PETS ARE ALLOWED – TERMS AND CONDITIONS ✹ We welcome well-behaved pets. Only 2 pets are allowed per reservation (More than 2 pets are negotiable, please seek host approval first before making the reservation) ✹If you're bringing more than our maximum pet allowed we would require a $500 security deposit ✹ Pets must be house-trained and under their owner's control at all times. They should not be left unattended in the rental property at any time. ✹ Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Enjoyed that there were games. My family really loved it. We were very busy during our stay so weren't able to enjoy all of the amenities but were happy that they were there. I do want to let you know that the bathroom door stuck at the top and a few times the latch didn't open all the way trapping a couple of us in the bathroom more than once necessitating us needing help in getting out of it. And we had to shoulder the door to get out of it. I think it may be because it was recently painted and the door mechanism may be loose. We were able to deal with it. We realize it happens. Just wanted to let you know so that you can fix it for future guests. This is not a complaint. Just wanted to let you know. And please realize that it didn't diminish our enjoyment of our stay. The upstairs not only offered 2 queen beds but an office nook as well! Kids loved the ping pong table in the basement. Great communication and easy check-in. We came to visit Castle Noel in Medina (30 min. drive) and the Christmas Story House in Cleveland so this location was very convenient. ##### Ashley S. It was clean, comfortable, and very convenient to the airport, Lake Erie beaches, and the baseball stadium. It was a little smaller than we expected from the photos, but we didn’t feel crowded at all! The hosts were very responsive, helpful, and inquired about any additional needs we may have had.
