In Clermont-Soubiran, we offer this charming 54 m² air-conditioned house for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises an attractive 22 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a 200 m² garden. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 22 m² living room with TV, double sofa-bed and dining table.  
\- A kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.  
\- A veranda with dining area  
\- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)  
\- Bathroom with walk-in shower and WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.  
  
Exterior:  
\- A beautiful 200 m² enclosed garden with deckchairs and barbecue to enjoy the fine weather.  
  
The house is ideally located in Clermont-Soubiran, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...  
  
Transportation :  
A car is essential to get to your accommodation. There is a possibility to bring a car in at the front of the house and park in front of the house.

\- Bed linen and towels included.  
\- Free Wifi available. Netflix & Disney+ available.  
\- Pets are allowed in the accommodation free of charge. Only one pet per stay.
