The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. But, the third party listings are becoming a problem. Case in point. The listing looked awesome. Even drove by the property which looked nice. Then came the check in process. First all online by email, NOT WEBSITE which screamed scam. Until this listing, I have never been asked to take a picture of my credit card front back drivers license front back and Social Security card to email pictures of it to someone. Then, they wanted a selfie of me with that. And any other place I know, this is how you can open fraudulent credit cards and commit fraudulent acts. I offered to check in in person, they have two fake offices in Florida. No one is at either office. Warning, there are no US citizens working in this company!!So, we declined checking into the property.
