SWISS 65 is a villa 3 Beds / 3 Baths / Pool and Jacuzzi (OPTIONAL***Heating the pool & Jacuzzi is an extra cost) This spacious and bright house that offers a breathtaking view, located directly on Lake Denise. The property is fully equipped with WiFi, AC and comfortable furniture. Spacious rooms, large screened in covered patio. This is a great place to relax, rejuvenate, sit by the pool and enjoy a beautiful Floridian sunrise (set over Lake Denise!) BBQ rental is also an option for this villa (at an extra cost) Garage space not available but plenty of parking spaces. Whether you are a keen water sports enthusiast or just looking for a beautiful place to relax or golf, we have something for you. Located 30 to 40 minutes from the Orlando attractions, our complex is set on 450 beautiful acres. Be active on the water, golf course or tennis court; cycle, walk, chill out by the pool or head to one of the many area attractions. The choice is yours. Stay onsite in one of our fully equipped villas, a ski school room or visit us for the day. We are a world renowned site and welcome guests from many countries, from the local area and many of the fifty states, all returning year after year. They have discovered our piece of paradise and we hope to welcome you soon.

RENTAL OPTIONS:
The Jacuzzi or Pool heater is not included in your rental. Most villas (not all) have the option to heat either the pool or the jacuzzi (not both). The daily cost is $35.00 plus tax to have one of these options for short rentals – For our monthly winter rentals, The daily cost is $20.00 plus tax.

To include the BBQ rental, it would be a flat fee of $55.00 plus tax. This cost includes “1” full propane gas tank, and the cleaning of the BBQ after you leave. You can also rent a golf cart from us. Let us know now if you would like to add any of these options above to your booking.

POLICIES/REQUIREMENTS

Always remember to book lodging before flights!
30% Deposit and Mandatory Damage Waiver is required to book our vacation villa.
Adults age 18 and older required to secure a reservation – with valid photo I.D
All Deposits are non-refundable. Final Payment due 60 days before check-in.
If a reservation cancellation has been received on or before 60 days of scheduled booking, Guest will be refunded all monies, less the non-refundable 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Subsequently, no refunds will be made inside of 60 days within or during the scheduled booking; early departures are no exception.

Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC requests that its guests exude seriousness and good will in booking its homes, just as we are serious in fulfilling our end of the commitment to the guest by delivering the home as contracted.
Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC makes every effort in good faith to accommodate our valued guests, and blocking a date for an unfulfilled lease and subsequently turning away another valued guest is not of our practice.
Check-In time is 5:00 pm.
Check-Out time is 12:00 pm.
NO SMOKING is allowed, as we have many valued travelers, of whom, are allergic. We are proud to keep our villas smoke free.

• Outside of Front Office door will be a red mail box with a Welcome Envelope with your name.

• For Villa bookings, the envelop will contain the directions to your assigned villa and (1) key for front door entry.

• For Sumner Lake House/Studios/Room bookings, the envelope will contain the code for the lockbox key and the directions to your Rental.

Worst VRBO experience ever

It will be difficult to provide all the details to this nightmare stay within the limits of this review but I’ll try to hit highlights. Beginning with the incomplete after-hours check-in instructions: arriving at 1:30 a.m. after some trauma & investigating we learned the office location( where the keys were) was not in the same neighborhood as the rental property. Upon opening the property we found a filthy kitchen. Countertops actually had residue running down them, the cabinet faces were dirty & horribly chipped. When we opened the dishwasher the entire unit pitched forward. Naturally we never used it. The hood over the range was a greasy mess with the light housing broken/jagged edges with a bare light bulb exposed. The house is in dire need of upgrades. All the beds were twins shoved together. Each bathroom had one set of decent towels, the others were old & dingy. The swimming pool was unusable the entire visit despite property management sending out a pool service when we complained. They merely used a brush on the pool & added chemicals. It was extremely cloudy & dirty. Not one circulating jet was working, the only circulating water was from the hot tub overflowing into the larger pool. The icing on the cake was finding a live snake in the bedroom Sunday morning…yes we have pictures. The pics online are deceiving , the property is in extreme need of maintenance & repairs.
