(OPTIONAL\*\*\*Please for this unit you must choose if you want the Jacuzzi OR the heated pool rental - at an extra cost) . Enjoy a little piece of paradise, right in the middle of an orange plantation, surrounded by multiple lakes and a sublime golf course. An exceptional landscape who will delight you as a water skier, a golfer or simply an outdoor lover. It’s a luxurious and bright villa typically European decorated and fully equipped to accommodate until 6 persons. There is 1 master bedroom, queen-size bed, with a direct access to the patio and to a bathroom with a shower and a whirlpool bathtub. There’s also 2 fully equipped bedrooms with 2 single beds in each of them with their independent bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a large counter and plenty space to cook with numerous accessorizes. The kitchen is open on the dining room and the living room provides a view on the blue ocean infinity pool and the jacuzzi, so you can sit quietly on large couches and see a panoramic view on the lake and the golf course. You will also have the possibility to eat outside on a vast screened patio faced to the pool or on a terrace located in the front of the house, near the kitchen. For more cosiness, you have access to the wifi, television, hifi home cinema, dvd player...There is a washing machine and a dryer in the attached garage at your disposal. It's well equipped for cooking and has endless amounts of fun. You can watch the ski boats and ski students daily, hang gliders flying over and amazing sunrises over the lake. A single roll of paper towels, no dishwasher soap or trash bags provided etc. Lots of deferred maintenance with mini blinds falling down and messy exterior etc. Owners need to update to demand the high prices. The house was great and the views were wonderful. Had a few issues with the hot tub heat when we arrived, but a quick call (after hours) and within 10 minutes a pool guy was there to fix. The kids loved playing in the pool and watching all of the boats and water skiers go by! The sunrises over the trees were incredible and while on some busier roads, my husband and I enjoyed walking between the two communities each day. Cable did not work on the TVs for us, but we spent most of the days in the pool so we didn't mind. Grocery store just minutes away was nice and the house was stocked with literally anything you could need.
