« Very clean! Within walking distance to pretty much everything. A lot of attractions close by. The best part was sitting in the balcony watching the dolphins play every morning and every night. We had a glitch with internet connection and our host Kate arranged for help immediately! Garage filled with lots of beach toys for all ages. « It was in a quiet neighborhood and a great location. 6 short blocks to the beach and in the other direction 1 long block to the bay. Beautiful homes to see when we walked in the evening. The beach was not crowded. The covered pool was great when we came back to the house from the beach. The grill is a charcoal grill, not a gas grill. So take charcoal and lighter fluid and matches. They do have a Kuerig and a regular coffee pot. It was a great stay. »

« Vince is a very attentive owner/caring. As the listing says, there is a major project going on with the building. One must be prepared for some days it is very loud and distracting.
