Welcome to Creekside Lodge, a spacious four-bedroom, pet-friendly home located at 280 Cake Box Lane within the picturesque Suncadia Resort. Nestled in the scenic Prospector's Reach neighborhood, this home offers easy access to Suncadia's bustling core and hub of activity. Step just over the delightful creek that borders the backyard and find yourself at the Inn at Suncadia, complete with the Stovehouse Restaurant, Pro-shop, and the 1st tee of the award-winning Prospector Golf Course. Just a short walk up the road takes you to The Lodge, Glade Springs Spa, the super-popular Swim and Fitness Center, and the renowned Swiftwater Winery.  
  
As you enter Creekside Lodge, you will be met with soaring vaulted ceilings, featuring exposed wooden beams and beautiful, lodge-style detailing. The homes large great room seamlessly flows into the open kitchen and dining area, offering seating for six with four additional seats at the counter. The well-equipped gourmet kitchen has ample food prep space, leaving plenty of extra room for everyone to gather around the heart of the home - huge, 12-foot-long center island. Its top-of-the-line appliances, attractive cabinetry, and abundant cookware make meal prep a pleasure, while the inviting dining area is the perfect spot for enjoying meals together or engaging in lively conversation.  
  
When you're ready to unwind, look no further than the living room. Here, you'll find a cozy stone gas fireplace, perfect for snuggling up and reading a book, watching your favorite program on the TV alongside friends and family, or simply relaxing in the inviting, casual setting. For more fun-filled entertainment, head upstairs to the loft which doubles as a quiet nook for reading, or a separate entertainment alcove for watching movies, playing Xbox or board games with the kids. The loft boasts a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, so there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy.  
  
When it's time to head outdoors, step through the living room back door onto the west-facing outdoor patio and listen to the tranquil sound of the creeks unique, natural feature you won't find anywhere else. Cook or BBQ the perfect meal to enjoy at the undercover table that easily seats six with an additional table providing seating for six more. For more relaxation, soak in the large hot-tub or sit around the warm and inviting firepit. Don't miss the fun-filled game room available in the garage!
