Enjoy a soak in the hot tub, bike or walk nearby nature trails or enjoy a glass of wine at Suncadia restaurants within minutes of this home. Perfect for a multi-family weekend getaway or girls weekend.

The home can comfortably sleep 10 people. One room includes a bunk bed each with a full size bed designed for kids but can accommodate smaller adults if necessary.

This rental does not include access to Suncadia community pools or the fitness club.

Home was amazing ! The rooms were spacious and clean. My grandchildren really loved the bunk bed slide. The large upstairs room accommodated everyone for our fun movie & game night. We were pleasantly surprised the home included bikes, skates, table tennis and indoor basketball carnival game and we enjoyed all of them. We loved walking the trails and ridding the bikes. The fire pit was awesome and everyone had a great time making s’mores. The hot tub made for a pleasant relaxing evening. The amenities were more than what we could have hoped for in a resort house. You can fly in from another state and have all your accommodations met with no worries about hygiene, cooking utilities, and engaging activities. My family and I decided, we must do this again 😊

An Ideal Getaway Spot for large groups

Our group of 10 friends stayed at this property for a night, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Joe was an exceptional host—super accommodating, quick to respond, and very flexible, even allowing us an early check-in. The space itself is stunning, equipped with all the amenities we needed, and incredibly comfortable for a large group. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place to anyone. We’re already looking forward to staying here again!

A little paradise

My extended family gathered here for a birthday celebration and had an amazing stay! The house is absolutely gorgeous, but so comfortable and great for families with kids. Check in was a breeze, we had no issues. We saw groups of deer, enjoyed the bike paths and playgrounds. Some comments from our group were: The beds are really comfortable! The bunk bed slide was my favorite! The big table for eating outdoors was wonderful. I loved that the house was so spacious. Highly recommend!

Pure Bliss

Joe was an exceptional host. We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals and Joe has by far been the best host we’ve had the pleasure of renting from. He was quick to reply to all of our questions and very helpful and informative. We are already planning our next stay with him. The stunning pictures online don’t even do the house justice. There were no shortcuts taken in this build and we loved the extra amenities like the double dishwasher and Dohm sound machines in each room. Our three year old son also felt very at home. We had planned a few activities during our stay but never ended up leaving the house because there was so much to do. There was a kids corn hole game and Cozy coup on the back patio. The patio furniture was beautiful and we loved just watching the golfers from our patio and living room with the huge sliding doors open. The kids room with the slide was a huge hit as well as the enormous playroom stocked with toys, magnitiles, and a basketball hoop. The location of the house was perfect. It felt very private and secluded while also being very close to everything. 10/10 recommend this host and host. We already can’t wait for our next experience with Joe!
