Escape to this beautiful 8 bedroom, 4.5 bath retreat situated on 5 wooded acres, just minutes from golf at the new Suncadia Resort and fishing on the blue-ribbon Yakima River. The property has a large front yard for family activities (horseshoes, basketball, badminton, playing in the snow), a play set for the kids, 3 holes of frisbee golf, and a private Hot Tub! Snowshoeing is a must during the winter and you'll enjoy the private 200ft sledding hill!

The detached cottage is entirely self-contained with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a gas stove. The great room has a TV with DVD. The guest cottage also offers AC for those warm summer nights! The Guest Cottage is across the oversized parking area from the main house.

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.

Great place with plenty of space for big group.

Great place to get togather with large group. Plenty of rooms. Games/activities for everyone. If you have little ones then you will have to bring your own toys. Not much toys for the little guys. Plenty of TV's for everyone to watch their own thing. Overall we enjoyed our stay with 29 people including kids.

Family Reunion Fun

We had a great time & everyone was thrilled with our accommodations! Just a couple little glitches: the air conditioner was off in the guest cabin, so it took about 6 hours for that to cool off, but then we were fine. Also, the sink in the master bedroom of the main house was leaking but my uncle was able to fix it. And the toilet on the mail floor between the two bedrooms would run every few minutes for about 15 seconds, we adjusted it some & it helped but it still ran a little even when not in use. Anyway, you may want to check all the toilets to be sure they are working properly & not wasting your water & electricity. :) Thanks for a great experience!!!!

Perfect place to gather

I have a large group of online friends that get together every year for a big party to celebrate being together. After COVID we were chomping at the bit for the perfect place and this was it. Plenty of sleeping arrangements, large kitchen, multiple social areas, clean setup, and tucked away nicely in the mountains. I would highly recommend this property!

Gorgeous Cabin in the Woods

We rented this property for a family reunion, and it was perfect. The property feels spacious and secluded, even though neighbors aren’t super far away. The main house is larger than expected with several gathering areas. Both houses were comfortable and fit our family well. The pool table, hot tub, fire pit, and playground were especially well loved. The kitchen is great, and we loved the ample dining areas (big table just out on the porch felt like an extension of the regular dining room). It’s a beautiful property and was an excellent fit for our group. Thanks for the memories, Cle Elum!

Everything our family needed

Very nice property for a larger group. Plenty of living area spaces for visiting. Basement had lots of entertainment everyone. Kitchen was very well stocked for all of our cooking needs. Overall property was very clean.

Friends and family getaway

We had a lovely stay at Aspen Lodge with several other families. The common areas and kitchen were set up beautifully for groups to enjoy, and the teenagers loved the lower level game room and having some separate space. The surrounding property is private and beautiful. We experienced brief trouble logging onto the house TV/streaming service and the property manager responded within minutes to help us figure it out. We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Fun for everybody

Property was perfect for a gathering of friends and family. Plenty for the kids to do and lots of areas for adults to mingle. We fed 10+ people for a few days and the kitchen was fully stocked which made things easy, plenty of seating. During our stay the hot tub wasn’t functioning correctly but that wasn’t a big deal- the sauna was popular. The cleaning was not complete (under beds hadn’t been done, we found someone else’s medication by accident- dirty pots/dishes put back in cabinets) but that looked to be more of an issue with the last folks to use the kitchen than the cleaners! Check in and out was easy and we really enjoyed our time there. One of our guests hope to come back with their family!

Great house, plenty of space for everyone in my group (~24 people). The bunk bed situation is workable, especially if you have folks that don’t mind sharing queen sized beds.

Nice family vacation

We enjoyed our time at the property. It is clean and spacious. Some of the applicances could use updating as they were difficult to use/didn't work properly (dishwasher tricky to get running, one fridge/oven weren't working). The maintenance man came over quickly though and was helpful.

A great place for a family reunion!

With a hot tub, basketball, a piano, pool table, ping pong, and lots of room, we had a great time playing both inside and outside. Our group had 29 people, so we used all of the beds available, but still had lots of spread out room during the day. It's a great location - only about 10 min away from Cle Elum.

Amazing. Look no further you have found your dream location.

Amazing property. Bigger than I thought. It has everything you could want and more. The photos don't do it justice. Made a friends get away memorable and fun. Enough room for all 10 of us and room comfortably for a dozen more. I can not recommend this property or the vacation company enough. I would trust their other properties due to the excellent experience.

Great Place!

We stayed with a large group of family, from babies to adults we all enjoyed this cabin. It was very clean and well stocked. Everything worked good. The game room was a big help and the sled area was a workout but not too difficult. We brought our own sleds because we weren't sure they had any, and it was the right choice because they didn't have any on the property at the time. Overall it was a great place just wish we had booked for more time, no one wanted to go home.
