Attended wedding at the Cattle Barn and the house was a great location for that. Besides that, the house was okay. It is listed to sleep 15 people but that is a big stretch. There is 3 beds (6 people), 1 bunk bed (2 persons), 1 pull out bed (2 people), and a small couch (1 person). Not sure where the 4 other people were supposed to go.Had to contact Vrbo directly on day of check-in, because the Hosts' telephone number, that was listed was disconnected. Then when I finally received the check-in info, there was a note that stated the neighbors don't like that the house is a rental and to ABSOLUTELY not interact with the neighbor. You have a neighbor on each side and it didn't state which one, which was a little concerning. Overall, unless you need a place for the wedding venue, look elsewhere. ##### Bob C. Located just about 40 mins drive from the beautiful town of Leavenworth, the house is quite spacious and worth the stay. Its good for a group of 15/16 people. The manager communicates timely. Only thing I would recommend is a little flexibility in check out time.
