The neighborhood the home is located in is a quaint and very quiet residential neighborhood. It’s super close to downtown Clayton (less than 5 minutes). It’s 15 minutes to Julep Farms (highly recommend) and 25-30 minutes to Highlands. The home is beautiful! Great layout, well equipped and spacious for my family to spread out. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, loved the high end coffee makers and made use of the board games available. The home is equipped with an Alexa and a robo vacuum which was so nice! The washer/dryer are a great feature and upscale brand. Hot tub was super clean and our dog loved the backyard and porch! Can’t wait to come back! The cabin was very clean and had everything you might need. The rooms were light and airy and not cluttered. The location was very convenient to attractions, restaurants and stores. Convenient to Clayton and Kingwood Country Club, which is where my brother got married and the reason for our visit. My husband and I went to play golf at Sky valley.. The home was exactly as described… beautifully decorated, master bedroom ( which was only bedroom that we used) mattress was most comfortable… the kitchen was equipped with everything we could ask for… and more! The communication was excellent with Evan…. He was very kind.. We would definitely recommend this modern, beautiful home and would love to stay there again… ##### Pamela B.
