Enjoy the nice fire-pit located by the waters edge and have great time walking around the private property to see mother’s nature at its best.  
  
Bring your kayaks and floats to enjoy the nice private cove.  
  
Marina next door. They have boat rentals and jet ski rentals.   
  
Farmers market at the top of hill and you can be to downtown Clayton in 10 mins! Amazing location next to the waterfall country club within 2 miles from this property.
