Two restaurants, Golf Course, Pickle Ball and a marina close by. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. No Cleaning fees (we think cleaning fees are an insult to our guests) Our experience has been people leave the place in good shape. If you stay for 5 days or more I will personally tour you around the Islands. You will go places and see things the people saw in the 1890’s, not just look at them from afar; we will take you places the big boats can’t go anymore. enjoy a personal excursion versus with 40 of your closest friends. We are walking distance to the village. There are many local attractions that we can customize to your likes. Our goal is to have you have a memorable experience. We encourage everyone to stay a week and that will be met with a handsome discount. We can easily service 6 persons. However if less there is a reduced price. Fisherman, there is room for your fishing boats and power if needed. There are 4 great golf courses, two close to your vacation home. This will be your cleanest stay ever. A nicely decorated and very clean house on a quiet dead end street. The hosts supplied everything needed for a stay of any length from pots, pans, dishes in the kitchen, to snacks, coffee and ice. The home was very clean, had all the amenities we needed, minus an iron and ironing board. But the fact that the family left nice little treats and coffee was a definite plus as was the shampoo,conditioner and body wash in the showers. Bernie was a delight to communicate with, guven his recent health issues. We would definitely stay here again! Beds were comfortable, having washer and dryer a plus. This Vrbo was a great option for us to stay in as we had 3 adults so we each got our own bedroom. We appreciated the snacks, bottled water, and Keurig coffee that were available. We used the pots, pans, and kitchenware to make a few meals and also found a cute restaurant in Clayton on the water for a dinner. We took the two castle tour boat up in Alexandria Bay and it was a short drive to get there. Thanks for the nice, relaxing setting for our trip! ##### Kathryn K. Bernie, the owner of this property, is awesome. Very nice and friendly gentleman. The trailer was impeccably clean. He left some snacks, water, and brouchers on the region. Everything you needed was there - towels, bedding, cups, bowls, etc. The trailer is on a dead end street so it was very quiet. 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms was perfect for my wife and 2 children...the kids got their own room which was nice. The internet/wifi/tv worked without issue. You can see that Bernie is in the process of updating the trailer but it definitely needs some TLC and updating. Bernie was very receptive to constructive criticism. I do feel that the price point is a bit high given the outdatedness of the trailer itself - hence the 4 star rating.
