This newly renovated one-bedroom condo located in downtown Clayton, NY has everything you need to work, play, and recharge. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch or cozy up on the couch in front of the fireplace after a day on the River.  
  
Brand-new stainless-steel appliances and a fully equipped kitchen make cooking a breeze, or you can experience Clayton’s celebrated restaurant scene. This location is just a block away from Clayton’s riverside boutiques, farm-to-table restaurants, celebrated River Walk, as well as the Clayton Opera House and renowned Antique Boat Museum.  
  
The Space:  
Special care went into the redesign of this cottage condo to give it the perfect vacation feel. The style can be described as breezy modern with elements of comfort and pops of color throughout.  
  
With dual access to the home, you have the privacy of a back deck and the convenience of downtown living just steps from the front door. Luxurious linens await you in the upstairs queen suite and there are two bathrooms, one on each floor.
