This newly renovated property offers an open concept living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. On the main level, you'll find the primary bedroom, which features a king-sized bed + a private bathroom, along with another bedroom that includes a queen-sized bed + its own private bathroom. Upstairs, there are two additional spacious bedrooms + a shared full bathroom. One of the bedrooms is furnished with two queen-sized beds and a twin trundle bed, while the other room contains one queen-sized bed. Our property features a paved carport with a ramp leading into the home, as well as a balcony off the main level that is perfect for relaxing on the couch or enjoying a cup of coffee. Additionally, the spacious backyard is fully fenced and ready for entertaining. Located in Downtown Clayton, within walking distance of Main Street. Known for its vibrant town, unique accommodations, and outdoor activities, earning it the title of the Farm to Table Capital of Georgia. Had booked for three nights and had to leave after the first night. The entire place had a strong chemical smell. Clearly not ready for guests after whatever renovations took place. Three large cockroaches and evidence of more. Main living areas were clean but there were bugs everywhere in the bedroom corners. Location - while close to Main Street, the immediate neighborhood is sketchy. I encourage those considering to do a Google street view of the location. I should have done that… ##### Ledian D.
