Welcome to our cozy basement apartment. With its own entrance it is perfect for solo travelers and couples looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location.  
  
The basement features its own bathroom and kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, including a countertop stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave.  
  
The bedroom boasts a comfortable bed and television. We look forward to hosting you and ensuring you have a memorable stay in our charming basement apartment!  
The space  
Step into your second home! This newly built walkout basement offers a private entrance, complete with a full bathroom and kitchen and a cozy bedroom. Your convenience is prioritized as you will be located a 3 minute drive to Walmart, Winners, and a handful of restaurants such as Swiss Chalet, Kelseys, and East Side Marios. We've even saved you a parking spot in the driveway for hassle-free arrivals. Welcome!  
  
\- Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi.  
\- Queen bed  
\- Bedroom features a smart TV  
\- Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, pots, and utensils.  
Other things to note  
\- Please NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the house.  
there are tons of walking paths if this is required.  
  
\- The neighborhood is fairly quiet, please enjoy yourselves but try to keep the noise to a reasonable volume.  
  
\- If extra guest are required, please feel free to reach out and I will accommodate.

The design of the house was wonderful along side the others. My only downside is the noise, there was a dog barking loudly with a family running around above during the time one would want to sleep. Besides those it was a good stay.
