No.1 Apt, Brandy Harbour Cottage is a lovely semi-detached apartment close to the village of Ballinderreen just fifteen miles from Galway in County Galway. The cottage can sleep four people in one double bedroom and one twin together with family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for four cars and a shared garden with furniture. No.1 Apt, Brandy Harbour Cottage is a superb base from which to explore this lovely part of the country. Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Saorview (one Smart with Netflix), WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Shared front and rear gardens with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles Region: Towering cliffs stand next to vast stretches of golden sand, whilst vast mountain ranges cradle cool, low-lying lakes. The Galway region epitomises the term ‘great outdoors’; with fantastic walking and cycling and exhilarating water sports. Town: Located in between the villages of Kilcolgan and Kinvarra lies Ballinderreen in south Galway. The village has a shop and a pub and is close to the sandy beach at Tracht, and Morans Oyster Cottage, a delightful thatched cottage that has been turned into a charming restaurant. La maison a tout le confort nécessaire lave vaisselle et lave linge. C est une maison divisée en deux donc possibilité de partir à deux familles tout en gardant son autonomie, chacune ayant le nécessaire . Ne pas hésitez à prendre le temps de se promener dans les environs et de faire le tour de l anse par marée basse. A proximité de Galway et de l ensemble des choses qu’on peut avoir envie de visiter en Irlande connemara, le Burren, falaises de Moher à deux heures de Dublin ou du Kerry. ##### Jerome S.
