Situated above Osteno-claino, Italy, in the district of Claino, you'll enjoy a central yet peaceful location, just 2 km from the lake and within easy reach of Porlezza, Lugano, and Como.

Embrace the great outdoors during your stay at "La Loggia." Explore the walking paths located a mere 200 meters from the property, or venture further to the nearby hiking trails of Val d'Intelvi-Pigra-Alpi, Monte Crocione, and San Benedetto in Val Perlana. Cool off at the pebble beach "Osteno-Lago di Lugano," just 2 km away, or take a refreshing dip at the outdoor swimming pool, conveniently located 7 km from the villa.

You will be staying in a spacious 5-room apartment that spans across 200 square meters on 2 levels. The ground floor features an entrance hall, a lounge area with a dining table, and an open kitchen equipped with modern appliances such as an oven, dishwasher, induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a separate dining table. Additionally, there is a separate WC on this floor. The upper level boasts a large living room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only), a double bedroom with an en-suite shower, bidet, WC, and a TV (flat screen), a room with one bed and a TV (flat screen), and another double bedroom with a TV (flat screen) and an en-suite shower, bidet, and WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment comes fully furnished with comfortable and stylish furnishings. You will have access to a washing machine, hair dryer, and complimentary WiFi internet connection. The apartment features gas heating and underfloor heating, which is available from October 15th to April 15th. The floors are beautifully finished with parquet and natural stone tiles. Outside, you can enjoy a small balcony, a large partially roofed terrace, and a large roofed terrace, all equipped with outdoor furniture for your convenience.
