This villa features a heated pool and landscaped terrace. Set amid a lush of mediterranean vegetations, it comes with a tennis court and a yoga studio. The home design, approached with research in the historical context, results in a new-classic style with quality washed wooden boards and modern tile floors. White walls lend an airy feel to the interiors, cotto floors are combined with contemporary touches, a spa on the ground floor and a swimming pool outside area in modern style complete the estate. Aesthetically, the house recalls traditional typologies and materials, including natural stone, polished sleek concrete, and brushed steel fittings. Modern yet very comfortable, this elegant retreat is full of light and welcoming vibes, blending traditional and contemporary Italian architecture. 12 guests can sleep in 6 double bedrooms (all can be made twin) all with bathrooms ensuite or private 6 BEDS 8 BATHS POOL, HEATED AC WI-FI.

Marche region has great energy that comes from mixing history and cultures. And, as well as the restaurants, shopping, and nearby nature, people are also mesmerised of what a culturally rich area this is in terms of museums, architecture, and art. Several close-by restaurants and trattorias serve organic, local cuisine. The serene surroundings of this property make it a particular fit for guests who love privacy and nature. Renting a car is highly recommended. Conveniently located between Florence and Rome, this property is a good fit for guests who want to be close to several landmarks and immersed in nature. An all-Italian experience begins at the villa, with an outdoor, alfresco area where guests can read, listen to music or enjoy an aperitif in the warm light of the sunset, around the scenic fire pit. Around the property, there are walking paths, while in the area adjacent to the swimming pool, it is possible to set up a massage or fitness area with yoga and Pilates teachers. We recommend a pizza chef, or a cooking class for pasta making, for a special evening, and an indelible memory of all-Italian joy and taste.
