Perfect for families or groups of friends, this space offers ultimate comfort and direct access to the beach for an unforgettable stay. Fast Wi-Fi connection and Smart TV keep you connected and entertained during your stay. Bed linen and towels provided. The building is accessed through an entrance gate accessible with a keypad code. Thanks to a spacious elevator, you ascend to the fourth floor where the apartment is located. Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious, modern, and very bright open-plan living room, thanks to the large windows overlooking the sea. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential necessities. A comfortable sofa bed in the living room provides additional options for any guests. Stepping out onto the terrace, you can enjoy a splendid sea view while dining al fresco. The sleeping area consists of two well-furnished and comfortable bedrooms, both with access to the rear terrace, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is modern and spacious; the en-suite bathroom is a true oasis of well-being, equipped with a bathtub where you can indulge in moments of pure pleasure and relaxation. The main bathroom features a multi-jet shower with seating and chromotherapy. With its contemporary design and high-level amenities, this apartment is the ideal choice for those seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay in a prime seafront location. A security deposit of €300 will be required prior to arrival. The full amount will be returned after check-out unless there is obvious damage to the property. A few days before arrival, guests will receive a link to complete the online check-in process. They will be asked to enter all the details of each guest, sign the tourist rental contract, and pay the tourist tax where required. To access the property, you must complete the online check-in prior to arrival.
