### \[Center\] Space, Comfort, WiFi e Smart TV

Comfortable apartment in the center, located on the second floor of a building with lift. It enjoys an excellent position, the access is in fact in one of the most characteristic streets 150 meters from the beach. Located in a tourist area, full of restaurants, bars, markets and tobacconists, it represents an ideal solution for every need. A few steps away are the train and bus stations, which make it the ideal base for getting around comfortably.  
  
Free Wifi, Alexa and Smart TV.  
  
This comfortable apartment consists of a large and bright living area, where we find a sofa, Alexa, a Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and YouTube, a new and functional open kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine , oven, coffee machine, toaster, complete utensils set and dining table with comfortable chairs.  
  
The living area leads to the balcony, equipped with a table and chairs, where you can have a comfortable coffee to start your day.  
  
A corridor leads to the sleeping area.  
  
On the right, the first bedroom features a double bed with a very comfortable Memory Foam mattress, a double set of pillows and an open wardrobe.  
  
The larger bedroom has a comfortable double bed with a double set of pillows, a large wardrobe with a central window, a chest of drawers and bedside tables. From this bedroom you can access the balcony.  
  
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a designer sink with shelf, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and courtesy kit with shampoo, shower gel, soap and hair cap.  
  
A few days prior to arrival, guests will receive a link to check in online; they will be required to enter all the details of each guest, sign the tourist lease agreement, pay the deposit, and settle the tourist tax.  
  
To gain access to the property, you must complete the online check-in prior to arrival.
