 Villa la Pieve is located in Citta della Pieve with breathtaking  
 surroundings by the Umbria nature. The villa is accessible via an  
 elegant internal handrail staircase or the enchanting garden, this  
 level boasts three bedrooms. Two of these feature double beds and en  
 suite bathrooms. The third bedroom is with two double beds and its own  
 en suite bathroom. Ascending to the first floor there is a living room,  
 equipped kitchen, and dining table. The first floor also houses two  
 bedrooms. One of these chambers is with a double bed and a single bed,  
 along with an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom on this level is  
 with a double bed and its own en suite bathroom. Venturing up to the  
 second floor, there is a double en suite bedroom. The outdoor area  
 encompasses a swimming pool and a captivating glass-sheltered area.

 payable for up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights. Children under 14  
 years old are exempt from this tax. This is paid upon arrival to the

 SECURITY DEPOSIT  
 If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25  
 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is  
 required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before  
 arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon  
 inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages  
 or additional cleaning required.

#### Great place for family

The house was an excellent choice for my family of 9 adults and one infant for our four night visit. It had plenty of space, plenty of kitchen supplies, a/c, clean pool, and great mountain views. At a great dinner in the town. We rented cars in Rome and drove up and then drove each day exploring other cities, Sienna, Florence, Assisi, and Spello. The house was perfect for us. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice house and gardens, some of the rooms are quite small. Had issues with water and heater (the week we were there there were a cold front). Tomasso, the person responsible for the villa, tried to accommodate our needs and was always very responsive. Overall impression was good.
