### Burford Hot Tub Holiday Home

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Light and modern holiday home situated in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park. This home is located in the Hoburne Cotswold Holiday Park with its own array of lakes plus indoor & outdoor swimming pools & evening entertainment program. Also, a children’s activities program and 2 outdoor play areas.  
  
In the park are lots of things for you to do. There are 2 swimming pools, 4 fishing lakes, entertainment and cabarets, crazy golf, play parks, a restaurant, and a café.  
  
Passes to use the resort facilities are included in the resort fee charged with this booking.  
  
This is a luxury home with a Private Hot Tub, and a full kitchen including, Oven/Hob, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine, and Dishwasher.  
TV's in the Lounge and Master Bedroom  
  
Table and chairs inside for a cozy family meal.  
There are 2 bedrooms - one with a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room. The other has 2 3ft beds. Both bedrooms have ample storage space.  
There is an additional family shower room.  
Outside there is a corner sofa and table on the decking next to the Hot Tub  
  
Set in a peaceful area of Hoburne Cotswold Park is this beautifully equipped mobile home within a few minutes walk to the main park entertainment area and lakes. Complete with a private hot tub and decking We are perfectly positioned for easy reach to explore the Cotswolds and surrounding areas.  
  
You are welcome to bring up to 2 Dogs – charged £30 per dog (paid after the booking)  
  
\*\*IMPORTANT NOTICE \*\*  
  
Hoburne Cotswold will be starting extensive development of their facilities, bringing a brand-new indoor pool and soft play area in 2024.  
  
The work for this starts on 6th November 2023 and is expected to run until mid-late May 2024.

The indoor pool is due to open 24th May 2024
