Just a 3-minute walk to the Findlay Market Streetcar stop, it\`s easy to get around and enjoy everything that Cincinnati has to offer. Access to all of Over the Rhine, Downtown, UC, Rhinegeist, and the sports and music stadiums. The perfect day here starts with a coffee on your private veranda, walking to Blue Oven Bakery for a treat, and then hopping over to Washington Park and experiencing all that downtown offers. You\`ll feel at home in this well-appointed, spacious, bright apartment. You\`ll have a private entrance from a courtyard shared with one other resident. The master bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom are all on the 2nd floor. The second bedroom is on the third floor. You\`ll have access to your own in-unit washer and dryer, a private veranda, and a generously stocked kitchen. The sleeping accommodations include two cozy-comfy queen beds and a sofa bed with hotel-quality sheets.
