The owner could spend a little money for some things - like: Fix the remote - top cover is off and very difficult to use Very limited kitchen supplies Buy some bathmats and kitchen towels There was no soap - had to go buy some Fix the blinds - just cosmetic, but makes a difference Invest in some decent pillows - ones in unit were absolutely awful. Furniture is sparse and couch is very uncomfortable. CLEAN - did not want to turn on fan in bedroom because there was an inch of dust I know this may sound picky, it was a nice unit, just needs some attention to the details.
