Free dedicated parking across the street, free laundry units, and a cozy atmosphere make this the ideal apartment for your stay. The Space: The apartment is located on the ground level of this quad-plex, just up a couple steps on the porch. The living space features a wall-mounted tv, stacked washer-dryer, and queen-sized pullout couch. Enjoy the small kitchen with a microwave and electric stovetop for cooking or reheating your meals. Just down the hall from the living room is the queen bedroom, set with professionally laundered linens, and the full bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletry items to make your packing easier. Behind the building you'll find a small garden area with a table and some chairs, as well as a few chairs under the shade of the porch, just outside the apartment door. Guest Access: This is Apartment 2 which is on the west side of the house. On the lower deck the entrance is the door with a 2 in the middle of it. You can park in the parking lot directly across from the building. There are parking spaces marked "Bed & Breakfast Only". Park in the space with the sign designated for apartment 2. Access to the apartment is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight. We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement. The Neighborhood: The Licking River neighborhood is a quaint historic neighborhood full of some of the most beautiful Italianate and Victorian style houses in all of Cincinnati. The neighborhood is also one of the safest in downtown. Feel free to walk around the corner to Lil's Bagels, or Keystone Bar and Grill. Walk up the street to grab a cup of coffee at Leftbank Coffee House. Enjoy the neighborhood but be careful... you may decide to stay forever! Getting Around: Guests who are able may want to walk to the local restaurants and bars. But driving is an easy option too! Easy drive to both downtown Cincinnati and downtown Covington. Other Things to Note: We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement. As always, we recommend guests exercise common sense and safety while walking between destinations throughout the city. Not really big enough for 4 people because of a lack of privacy. The pullout couch was very loud every time our friend moved on it. The sliding door for the bathroom created a privacy issue as well. It was a quick drive, only about 7min, very convenient. I was looking for a stay with it's own parking just because I don't feel like fighting and finding spot on street, which most likely be difficult in the evening, so this location end up being my #1 choice. Finding this place was very easy. Checking is super easy. There is also gas station literally by the house, which we needed to use. Home was cozy and clean. Shower worked good, towels were provided. Bed is hard if you prefer soft, but I enjoyed it due to my back problem. Host responded to any questions I had. ##### Angelina C. Booked the apartment for a place to stay while visiting Cincinnati for a concert. Due to Covid, the concert was re-scheduled multiple times and I was charged the difference in the fees each time. Communication was great, except for one time I received a charge without any communication, which came nine months after changing the date. Apartment was clean, though there was a boot-print on the bathroom floor, wadded paper towel under the shower door, and debris in the kitchen sink catcher. The mattress in the bedroom was comfortable, but did sink to the middle some. Pillows were comfortable too. The couch folded out into a bed, which we used. The support bar was noticeable and it creaked when getting situated. Road noise can be heard, so if you're not used to that, you may want to bring ear plugs or a sound machine. The heater/AC unit in the living room would not turn on. Overall, we felt safe and had a nice stay. I appreciated the chargers for our electronics along with a list of suggested restaurants; coffee, tea & extra linen. Decorated cute too. There was an understandable mixup with the cleaning of the place and they addressed it immediately and followed up to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied. Also, if you are doing anything in downtown Cincy or visiting some of the fun attractions in Newport, this property is in the PERFECT location. You can walk to some really cool barsike Justis Smoke and you're no more than 2 miles from every on either side of the bridge. ##### Terrill K. It looked exactly as the pictures depicted. It had everything I needed including delicious coffee, snacks and oatmeal for breakfast. I was able to do a load of laundry before heading home and they had everything I needed.
