Featuring ornate details, a canopy bed, and a prime location in Covington, Kentucky, this apartment offers easy access to local shops, restaurants, and the iconic Roebling Bridge leading to Cincinnati. Enjoy the charm of a historic neighborhood and a luxurious stay. The Space: The space is a one bedroom condo that resides within a larger mansion. Our full kitchen that is stocked with everything that you will need to cook a fine meal. There is a grab bar in the shower for those who need it! This is the perfect place for a peaceful stay. And there is a reserved parking space just for you, with a charger for electronic vehicles! Guest Access: There is a smart lock on the entry door so you will be able to enter with a lock code that we will send to you prior to your stay. Access to the condo is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight. We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement. The Neighborhood: This space is located in the historic Licking Riverside neighborhood in Covington. It is full of beautifully restored historic homes that will leave you feeling as though you stepped back in time. It is only steps away from local coffee shops/restaurants and only a mile from downtown Cincinnati and all that it has to offer. Getting Around: There is an on-site parking space which will allow you to travel about easily with a car or you can use Uber/Lyft for a reasonable fare. Other Things to Note: We do have a decibel monitoring system that is required by the Homeowners Association (HOA) so that we can monitor to make sure guests maintain a reasonable volume... AKA, no parties allowed. We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement. As always, we recommend guests exercise common sense and safety while walking between destinations throughout the city. Larger vehicles will not be allowed to park in the designated parking area. Interaction with Guests: We are always a message or phone call away if assistance is needed. We will not enter inside the property during your stay, unless requested, without prior notice or permission. Séjour de 3 nuits en mai 2021 ### 8/10 – Bien #### mike W., canton, Ohio 29 mars 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### Historic beauty House met all our expectations for a weekend away. Close to downtown Covington and a short drive to the hot spots in Cincinnati. We were able to enjoy a hard day of touring and relaxing evenings at the Condo. Wasn’t a big deal to us, but would have been nice if the jets in the jacuzzi tub worked and a king instead of queen bed. We would definitely rent again when in the area. ##### mike W.
