You will be at the center of all the action Newport’s business district and the surrounding areas have to offer in these 3 charming loft apartments, perfect for couples’ retreats or an outing with friends.  
  
The Space:  
When booked together, you and your group will have private, independent spaces to call your own while only being a door or floor away, making gathering back together a breeze.  
  
Right across the river from Cincinnati, the city of Newport is a destination in its own right, with bustling streets and plentiful nearby attractions. When you’re not out and about exploring the many local shops and restaurants, these 2nd and 3rd floor apartments are the ideal space to call home with bright and open living spaces welcoming you as soon as you step through the front door. But perhaps one of the best features of these units is that they are located right on top of the 927 Reserve Bourbon and Cocktail Bar, positioning you just steps away from happy hour or a night cap.  
  
Each unit is unique in layout and amenities, giving everyone in your group something new to explore and enjoy.  
  
Monmouth Loft 1 highlights gorgeous, exposed brick throughout the space. The spacious living room includes comfy sofa seating and smart TV. The kitchen comes equipped with standard appliances, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, plenty of cookware and dining ware, and a high-top table for 2. The home sleeps up to 2 guests in a bedroom encased behind a set of French doors and featuring an antique-inspired queen size bed. A full bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.  
  
Monmouth Loft 3 offers warm wood-inspired finishes and cozy seating spaces. A well-equipped kitchen provides standard appliances and cookware, with a chic high-top dining table for 2. The home sleeps up to 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms, each including its own smart TV and loveseat. Bedroom #1 holds a queen size bed, while bedroom #2 holds a full size bed. A full bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.  
  
Lastly, Monmouth Loft 4 features a relaxing living room with cushy sofa seating and smart TV. Although quaint, the kitchen comes well-equipped for your basic cooking needs with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, plenty of cookware and dining ware, and a connected counter with barstool seating for 2. This home sleeps up to 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 features a queen size bed, ceiling fan, and armchair, while bedroom #2 includes a full size bed as well as an office chair and desk. The full bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.  
  
THINGS TO NOTE:  
\- Parking for 3 vehicles available on the back side of the building or on the street.  
\- Communal laundry is available for your stay, located in the common hallway area outside of the units.  
\- All 3 units are walk-up units on the second and third floors; no elevator is available.  
\- Monmouth Loft 1 is efficiently cooled by window AC units. Lofts 3 and 4 are equipped with central air conditioning.  
\- This unit's building is equipped with a total of 3 security cameras monitoring the hallways of common areas and the parking lot.  
  
Just across the Ohio River from the Bengals Stadium, Riverfront Park, and Great American Ballpark, Monmouth Loft is within easy reach of some of Cincinnati’s most popular attractions. Beyond this area, there’s still so much more to explore. From Cincinnati’s street art revolution which has transformed neighborhoods with 180+ public murals, to its serious beer culture, revitalized historic neighborhoods with trendy shopping and dining like Over-the-Rhine, and authentic Art Deco architecture and design, this culturally diverse city is a can’t-miss destination.  
  
Back on the Kentucky side of the river, you’re in Bourbon Trail territory. #### Great location and well stocked...

We loved staying here and the location was perfect for our planned activities - NFL Football game and Aquarium visit. We never had to drive and the parking was free and easy.Pros: great neighborhood for all activities (shopping, dining, entertainment, etc), very cool building with excellent decor, stocked well including coffee w/ cream & sugar, free/easy parkingCons: very steep stairs not appropriate for elderly or very young, starting to show wear (many blinds were broken), windows were open when we arrived and while the unit was very clean, the windows were moldy and in need of repair. I still highly recommend this property but hope they give the windows/blinds some TLC soon...
