Welcome to our charming home in Over the Rhine Cincinnati! This relaxing and peaceful space features a modern design and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. With four bedroom, two modern full bathroom, a living space, and rooftop balcony with comfort in mind, our home is perfect for family, group of friends, or anyone who is looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay. We're located in a prime location in the heart of OTR and only minutes from the Paycor Stadium and Downtown.

This charming home boasts a modern and luxurious design with plenty to entertain and relax, and room for guests to enjoy.

From catching up on all your favorite shows and movies on our 55" smart TV to hanging out on our balcony deck, this warm and welcoming house has something for everyone to make it the perfect home away from home.

A quick getaway
While the pictures are accurate, the actual location is a bit scary. You can tell the neighborhood is up and coming and they are revitalizing the area, however currently it was a bit out of our norm. Parking was also hard, we had to walk quite a ways to the house. A deep clean would be nice as the home is historic. The host is very communicative.

STAY AWAY-Zero stars if possible
This place was so filthy and felt so unsafe that we didn't even stay overnight. We were there long enough to do a walk through, then we left immediately with our family of 6 and contacted the host (who didn't respond for over an hour and check in is after 4) and VRBO who are both refusing a refund since we left, even though we have photos documenting everything. I wish I could share those in this review. The Inside: Upon walking in I immediately noticed bugs crawling on the walls and floor. As we walked through we quickly realized that no one had properly cleaned the home, especially the floors, in a very long time. There were literal chunks of hair and spills in the kitchen and filth and debris in every single room, in window sills, trash taped to the walls which were filthy, even trash on dressers. There is also mold all over the floors. The basement door did not lock and the light was on, but I was not going down to look for squatters, it was that bad. Outside: The building attached is literally falling down onto the porch of this rental and onto the sidewalk, there is huge scaffolding set up and smashed bricks everywhere. It did not feel safe. (Check the google view.) Neighborhood: Not being local we were unaware that this was not in the best part of town. You could smell the drugs as soon as you stepped out of the car and there were people loitering EVERYWHERE. We were not comfortable leaving our car on the street, let alone staying at this property.
