With direct access to the Monon Trail on the waterfront and a 5-minute walk to both stadiums, the location cannot be beaten. We look forward to your stay and our 24/7 customer service will be ready! The Space: Our spacious two bedroom apartments feature inviting living areas, fully-equipped kitchens, and bathrooms complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter. NOTE: Pool temporarily unavailable) and sundeck, fitness center, grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos. Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the apartment throughout their stay. Please note that amenities are available at the property's discretion. We are unable to process refunds if an amenity is closed during your stay. The Neighborhood: Known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, there’s plenty for you to explore during your getaway to Cincinnati. You’ll find everything from casual local coffee shops to high-end local eateries, and shops and attractions around every corner. Getting Around: A car isn’t necessary to explore the area. Find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters in the area available for rent. Other Things to Note: No smoking, parties Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM ($75/hr late fee) $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors No outside guests without permission Two towels per guest per stay Valid photo ID required to complete the booking Max 2pets (40lbs combined) No Pit Bulls Bull Mastiffs \[similar breed\] Additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. Furniture and linens were minimal. No extra blankets or pillows and only one couch for a family of four to sit on. But still, clean and comfortable. My issues are with the “company” running this. Either they are very new to VRBO or do not care. Text responses were prompt but useless as they did not seem to have answers and had to “look into” very basic questions. When we first booked, there was a disclosed cleaning fee before paying. Standard for VRBO. Then in the next steps after paying, they required another payment ! It was 35 non refundable or 200 refundable but noted could be pending for several days before refunded. Never had that happen on VRBO and not happy with surprise fees. We checked in Friday, check in time is 4pm. No parking available but paid lots, which is understandable for a city stay. However, once we arrived we were told that the parking garage was an option. We had to put in a request online, download a special app and wait for approval. After 24 hours of waiting and paying for event parking I reached out to see if our parking could get approved. I was told they would look into it. Two hours went by. We went to the front desk to see if they could help. The young lady was very kind. She emailed the parking company and also talked to her manager directly for approval because she said there were plenty of parking spaces. Never got an answer so we just had to pay more. ##### Liz P.
