It is collected securely through our trusted property management system and covers incidents such as intentional damage to linens or lost keys/fobs. ➤Guests must provide a government-issued ID and complete a screening form through our verified property management platform. ➤Failure to complete the ID verification or security deposit process will result in a canceled reservation with no refund. ➤Note: The individual making the booking must be the one staying at the property. Charges will apply if these conditions are not met. 《 BUILDING AMENITIES》 All amenities, including the gym and game room, are available daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM only. 《 NO SMOKING 》 Smoking indoors will result in a $500.00 fine. Removing smoke smell and nicotine from the walls is an extremely time intensive process. 《 PETS 》 ➤No pets. Evidence of unregistered pets will result in a $250.00 fine charged to guests in addition to any damage and unexpected cleaning required. 《 NO PARTIES》 There is a $1000.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. 《 NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS》 All guests must be registered for liability purposes. ➤A surcharge of $50.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.\*\* 《 SECURITY CAMERA 》 Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way that is found on the outer door frame of the unit. This is a stipulation and requirement from building management for our units and the camera must be functional at all times. Any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. This security camera captures activity Outside of the unit only. 《 CHECK-OUT TIMES 》 Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations. ➤$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am as my cleaners are on tight schedules. 《 CHECK-IN TIMES 》 Guests are also expected to adhere to the check-in time. If a guest arrives before the scheduled check-in time and requests early access, an early check-in fee of $50 per hour will be applied. This fee covers the additional expenses associated with accommodating early arrivals. 《 GARBAGE 》 Garbage is to be thrown out in a sealed bag in the trash dumpster by the parking lot. 《 LOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS 》 Please lock all windows and doors if you are not home and upon check-out. 《 LIGHTS 》 Please turn off lights when not in use. Please note, we require a 48 hour notice MINIMUM prior to checkout time to extend without penalty. All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners. Any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Please note that all additional fees must be paid first before an extension is confirmed. Our cleaners operate on strict schedules and 100% of the fees go to our hard working cleaners to compensate them for the last minute changes. We do not allow mail or package delivery to our listing address for short-term stays. We came for a bengals game and you can see the stadium from the vrbo. It is walkable to over the rhine and a ton of shops as well as ice skating rink. There is also parking in garages everywhere. The ability to have a full bathroom per room was great. The negatives: not enough towels or blankets. We came in winter and there was a top sheet and thin quilt on each bed and everyone was cold. Our heat went out and wouldn’t go about 68 and no one came out to fix it. Overall 3/5\. Great place but could be better ##### Yuliya B. The bedrooms are basic, and each had a large bed and closet to keep everything organized. Note that the bedrooms in our units do not have Windows which is great for sleeping and keeping noise down but may make some guests feel claustrophobic. The nearby area is clean and safe and if you have a vehicle you will need to find your own parking which was close to the building and plentiful. Plan to spend 10 a night to 25 a night for parking. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the unit. The amenities in the building were popular with my kids, the property managers were very courteous and responsive, and we would recommend to other travelers with families or groups! ##### justin g.
