"place okay. Bit early in season. Everything at the accommodation closed at 7pm. Didn’t open again until breakfast at 0730am. Nowhere else to hang as main reception area closed at 1930so confined to pokey room or outside in cold. We were offered a bigger better room at an extra 20e a night on check in which came over as ours was bit rubbish! -which it was ! It was a 15 min drive to Avola on a dodgy road. Little to see in Avola - sea front area was ok but little there due to time of year. Room...

"The breakfast menu was very diverse. Things were fresh and tasty. All varieties of coffee served. The people serving were exceptionally welcoming in hospitable. It was a wonderful place to start the day having a delicious breakfast. The property was wonderful one of our favorite places to stay during our three weeks of travel around Italy in Sicily Martina, who first greeted this was so thoughtful caring suggested places to go for history also places to eat, even where to get our laundry done she has an excellent Host and made the day id. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"We had such a lovely room, the private patio was gorgeous with many health plants and panoramic views of Ortigia. We could see the city on the right and the sea on the left. With the wooden table & chairs we had a lovely breakfast out there with a view and we were able to catch a beautiful sunset on our first night without having to leave. The staff made us feel comfortable and welcome, and the room was very clean & quiet. We would absolutely come back again."
