What I don't like: NO one at the lobby when we arrived at 11pm, NO one pick up the phone either, NO poster or instruction for self check-in (doubt if any), we end up need to book & stay at another hotel.

"The house was the prettiest house we have stayed in. We have been going to the mountains for 45 years and it was the best! You really do need 4 wheel drive like you advertised. Just wanted you to know the dishwasher leaks on the right hand side bottom. Also the bottom deck needs a good cleaning. These things didn’t bother us, we had a blast. You supplied everything we could possibly need. Thanks for a good time."
