(yes there is a pool.) The buildings are modern but without any architectural flair or artistic creativity. It is a good location in the park and easy to drive to any location for wildlife viewing. "

"The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our every need. The food was excellent and when the hotel restaurant wasn't open, a hotel-owned restaurant next door had excellent food. The difficult thing about getting a 4 star rating in Nakuru, Kenya, is that the area is subject to frequent power outages and the internet service simply isn't the best. I wish this property didn't have to deal with these inconveniences because everything else was superb. "
