This prime location offers you direct access to the east side of the Lenzerheide ski area, allowing you to ski-in and ski-out in comfort. From here you also have access to the spectacular Lenzerheide-Arosa connecting cable car, which takes you to the Arosa ski area. The Proschieri valley station, which connects you to the west side of the Lenzerheide ski area, is just a few minutes' walk away. In winter, you benefit from a direct connection to the cross-country ski trail, which is just a few metres from the flat. The nearby Kinderland Heimberg offers ideal conditions for your children to learn to ski in a playful way at the Parpan ski school. In addition, a beautiful and cosy toboggan run in the area provides fun for young and old. In summer, a paradise for outdoor activities awaits you here.
