This prime location provides you with direct access to the eastern side of the Lenzerheide ski area, allowing for comfortable ski-in and ski-out. From here, you also have access to the spectacular Lenzerheide-Arosa connecting cableway, which takes you to the Arosa ski area. Additionally, within just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the Proschieri valley station, connecting you to the western side of the Lenzerheide ski area. In winter, you will benefit from direct access to the cross-country ski trail, located just a few meters from the apartment. The nearby Kinderland Heimberg offers ideal conditions for your children to learn skiing in a playful way at the Parpan Ski School.
