« Beware!! NO reliable or STABLE internet! Property mgr told me there’s nothing he could do about it. I asked him to call provider n have them do a “hard reset”, which he did. But still internet was never online for more than an hour. We are a tech saavy family. If this was my rental, I would upgrade modem n connectivity pkg. We had to use our cell personal hotspot. « This was one of the coolest places we have stayed. The location and view was perfect for our trip. We walked along the coast every morning to see the seals, sea lions and birds. It has an unobstructed view of the sunset from the balcony. Bathroom was huge! Tub and shower very nice. We were pleased. Stairs are not as bad as the look. « House could have been cleaner. There was cobwebs and dust on walls ceilings and fans. Great house otherwise. Lots to do in it including pool table, ping pong and hot tub. Great closed in yard for our dog also!! All in all we would definitely stay here again.👍👍 »

« We were a family of 12 and it ranged from a small toddler to teenagers and adults and let me just say this home accommodated all ages perfectly. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was certainly a plus! The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes of all kinds even dishes and utensils that were toddler friendly. « This home was perfect for us! It was my husband and I, our adult son, our niece, her husband and their 2 kids (ages 3 & 4) plus my little dog. The house was clean and well supplied with everything we needed. The house is very big, plenty of room for everyone. We also enjoyed the yard and BBQ grill. Evelyn was very pleasant to work with. We enjoyed our stay very much! »

« This place was absolutely perfect. It was very cozy. We were about 5 or 6 blocks from the beach. The view from the sun deck was stunning. Unfortunately we didnt have time to use the hottub. My husband and I came for my Sons Marine graduation so we were at the base for two days. So we didnt get to enjoy this beautiful place like we wanted too. « Adult groups gathered for commencement at SDSU. The house was as listed and shown. We had a great time and the house was spacious. Only issue was the bathroom knobs sometimes don’t engage and that could be fun getting out of the bathroom. »
