• We take cleanliness seriously! Our team follows enhanced cleaning procedures between each stay, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces.  
• The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round  
• This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.  
• Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $150/day minimum. There is a 2-day minimum charge for pool heating. Pricing is based on current SDGE natural gas rates. Spa heating is always free, just press the button on the remote to turn on the jets and begin heating.  
• Pool toys and floaties pictured are used for staging and are not guaranteed to be available during your stay. However, guests frequently leave behind pool items they’ve purchased, and when that happens, we keep them on-site—so there are often some available for use.  
• If you are bringing a pet, a non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be added to the reservation and covers up to 2 dogs.  
• Hosting more than 12 guests? Each additional guest will incur an extra $50 per night.  
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead of time and is subject to extra fees and availability.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and well-equipped VRBO! The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to extra towels. The real highlight was the outdoor area. The pool was clean and perfect for relaxing, and the surrounding patio and seating areas were absolutely lovely—ideal for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks.The location was peaceful and private. The hosts were responsive and clearly take great care in maintaining the property.We’d absolutely stay here again!

#### Amazing stay

Chula Vista Retreat is amazing. The property was perfect for my family and I. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 children. It had all the amenities of room plus more. It was a perfect mix of functionality and relaxation. We had multiple day trips planned and it felt awesome coming back to our vacation home. Host was quick to reply to any questions or comments and overall the house was exactly as described and couldn’t have happier with it. Thank you so much for providing us a great vacation home :)
