This house is -Fully stocked kitchen and very spacious with 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It has been newly renovated and has all new appliances and fixtures. Our house can we can accommodate larger groups. \-Lightening fast WiFi The backyard has been upgraded as well and there is plenty of space for enjoying the outdoors for kids and adults. For the adults, there is an outdoor patio bar in the backyard with a wine a beverage cooler where you can enjoy your drink of choice while watching sports or your favorite program on our 75 inch TV. For the kids, there is a playground that they can have fun playing with. \-This beautifully remodeled home has an open concept living room and kitchen with spacious outdoor areas. Lots of entertainment for the kids and adults. \-Quiet and safe neighborhood for those who are looking to relax. \-A book shelf full of books and toys for kids \-Atari arcade with lots of games \-Kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils you'd need for cooking your own meals. We have a microwave, Ninja blender, toaster, rice cooker, Keurig coffee machine. You have complete access to everything on the property and make use of all of its amenities. We have a hot tub in the backyard which can be used for an additional fee of $35/reservation. Guests can park up to 3 cars in the driveway. There is also free parking available on the street. The property is located a few minutes from San Diego bay and most major retailers like Target, Costco and Walmart are less than 3 miles away. Should your reservation fall on Tuesday we ask that the trash and recycle bins please be rolled to the street before Wednesday AM. Our family had to come in for a funeral and all the events took place in Chula Vista and this house was central to everything. There are gas stations, coffee spots, grocery stores, taco shops, and freeway access. The home was set up just right. I loved that there was lots of space to spread out. We didn’t get to use the backyard as it was raining but I checked it out and it was awesome! With the casita bar and seating in the back it will definitely check all your boxes! I loves that there is a driveway with plenty of parking and the neighborhood is so quiet! I couldn’t have asked for more.
