As a family who doesn’t smoke , it was very unattractive first impression. Second impression, the walls are paper thin, and the people living in the down stairs were very loud. The place wasn’t clean as other rentals we had rented. A disposable water bottle was found in my daughters bed, a uncover pecan pie in the freezer, and garbage in the cup holder of the couch. The master bed felt to me like a air Mattress. As it made you roll and sleep very cozy with your spouse. Not to my liking. It is very roomy and comfortable. Very comfortable and plenty of room for a small family. It was the perfect stop for us as we traveled from Anchorage to Fairbanks after a long week.
