« Hébergement extrêmement bien tenu. Notre chambre était spacieuse, décoration est soignée et nous avons une très belle vue sur la montagne et sur le petit jardin zen. La salle de bain partagée est très propre (3 douches et 3 lavabos). Il est possible de prendre le petit-déjeuner et le dîner sur place. L'hébergement dispose aussi d'un Onsen qui peut être privatisé. »

« La gare ne peut pas être plus près, très pratique. Le onsen de l’hôtel s’est avéré une belle expérience. Avec son maximum de 6 personnes à la fois , cela rend l’expérience intimiste et relaxante. Nous avons grandement apprécié le petit déjeuner varié et en abondance. L’établissement offre pour le soir un dîner à la carte délicieux. Peu de choix mais tout de même une belle expérience . »

« I stayed at 5 different accommodations during my visit to Japan, and Ryokan Plum was by far my favourite - it was a shame that I could only stay for one night! I stayed in the traditional tatami room, which exceeded all of my expectations. It was beautiful! The host (I forget her name) who greeted me upon my arrival was very kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend Ryokan Plum to anyone visiting the Hakone/Odawara area. »

« We really enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for a traditional experience this is the place. The village and the hostel in general is very cute. The only downside are the beds (traditional Japanese style) that are not really comfortable, you can hear everyone in the hostel as the room are separated by traditional paper doors. But you meet a lot of very nice people and socially it’s a really good opportunity »
